His clinical expertise covers complex cranial and spinal surgeries, trauma management, and rehabilitation, with a strong focus on evidence‑based protocols and multidisciplinary teamwork.

In Iran, Dr. Lotfolah worked as a consultant neurosurgeon and actively participated in periodic re‑training programs and international congresses on neurosurgery and spine surgery. He maintained a consistent presence alongside the Iranian Society of Neurosurgeons, contributing to academic discussions, surgical updates, and professional development.

Since relocating to Oman, he has continued to expand his practice, serving diverse patient populations and collaborating with hospital teams to design trauma protocols and improve surgical outcomes.
