Recognized globally as the benchmark for healthcare excellence, this quality accreditation highlights the unwavering dedication of Badr Al Samaa Royal Hospital to delivering superior patient care and maintains the highest standards in patient safety.
The hospital demonstrated outstanding performance in the survey, complying with JCI’s established standards. The evaluation was conducted against 1094 measurable elements, 237 standards, underscoring the hospital’s commitment to excellence and patient safety.


JCI, the world’s most respected international healthcare accreditation organizations, emphasizes on ongoing improvement in patient safety and healthcare quality through education, consultation, accreditation, and certification services. The hospital was evaluated under the newly updated and more rigorous 8th Edition of the JCI standards.
The survey was conducted by JCI Surveyors, Dr. Patricia Mary O Shea and Ms. Helge Erika Sprighorn. At the closing ceremony of the accreditation process, the assessors praised the warm hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism demonstrated by all participants throughout the accreditation process.
